We are still in the midst of the COVID pandemic. It has a tight grip on us and the world at large. How are you faring? Have you checked in with yourself lately? We are living in what can only be called “the new normal”. As a society, we are still trying to come to grips with this thing that seems to be spiraling out of control.

There are a lot of thoughts and feelings coming and going. It’s become a bit of a rollercoaster ride. And you know what, it’s okay to feel all these things. It’s okay to not be okay. It’s okay to feel down. It’s okay to celebrate the happy times as well. Acknowledge your feelings – instead of just worrying about those around us, we also need to take the time to look inwards and see how our own self is doing. Happy, sad or anything in between, it also helps to talk about your feelings with someone you trust.
